Age & Identity

To create an account on opjok and use any of its services, you must be at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time. Failure to prove your age may result in account suspension or permanent closure and any remaining balance being withheld.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account credentials.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.

Geographic Restrictions

opjok reserves the right to restrict access from certain countries or regions. It is your responsibility to stay informed about the laws applicable in your area. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for complying with your local legal obligations when using opjok.

Account Security

Keeping your account login credentials — username and password — secure is entirely your responsibility. If you believe someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].

• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• opjok will never ask you for your password.

Account Closure & Suspension

opjok reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspicion of bonus or promotion abuse.
• Suspicion of any illegal activity or fraud.
• Breach of responsible gaming policy.

Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into opjok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly after being made.
• The payment method used on your account must be registered in your name.
• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• opjok reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if any irregularity or suspicion of fraud arises.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to wagering requirements being met.

Currency & Conversion

opjok processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). opjok is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or additional charges arising from transactions made in another currency.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum bonus ৳8,000 → total balance ৳20,000.

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings from bonus funds.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit.

• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• A time limit may apply for meeting wagering requirements; in the event of any changes to terms, the most recently applicable terms will be followed.
• Certain games may contribute a limited amount toward meeting wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Any of the following activities may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Following unusual betting patterns with the intent of meeting wagering requirements.
• Reducing betting risk through mutual agreements (arbitrage).

Tiers & Benefits

The opjok VIP program has four tiers. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change. opjok reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue the VIP program at any time.

Fair Play Policy

opjok operates under SSL encryption and fair play principles. All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps every game impartial and unpredictable.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and possible legal action:

• Use of fraudulent software, bots, or automated scripts.

• Attempting to access other members' accounts without authorization.
• Attempting cyber attacks or hacking against opjok.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using false or misleading information.

These terms are written in Bengali. If any conflict arises between the Bengali and English versions, the Bengali version will take precedence.
